Question: When I click on "Pay Employees" I do not get the step to select my employees. How do I get back there?
Answer: You need to reset the process.
- In "Pay Employees" click on the "Skip Step" button at the bottom of the window and skip through all of the steps.
- Click "Done" in the last step to reset the process.
- Click on "Pay Employees", enter the "Pay Period Ending Date" and click "Continue".
