Setting Employee Hours to "0"

Learn how to change the default hours of an employee to "0".

    • Go to the Aatrix Top Pay/Ultimate/Paycheck menu in the upper left corner of your monitor screen next to the Apple and select "Preferences".

    • Click on the "Payroll" tab across the top of the window.
    • Check the box to "Alternate Default Hours" and enter "0".
    • Click "OK". When payroll is processed the hours will show as "0" when you select employees to be paid.
