Question: How do I correct the error, "PayrollAddlRes is missing from your Documents folder" after updating to OS Sierra?
Answer: This is a known issue with OS Sierra. Currently to correct this:
- Open your hard drive and go into your Applications folder
- Go into the Aatrix Top Pay/Paycheck/Ultimate folder.
- Copy the Aatrix Top Pay/Paycheck/Ultimate program icon in the folder to the desktop. **NOTE - Do not make a shortcut on the desktop but make a copy of the program icon
- Once you have the Aatrix Top Pay/Paycheck/Ultimate program icon on the desktop drag it back into the Aatrix Top Pay/Paycheck/Ultimate folder in Applications. When prompted that it already exists select Replace.
- Open the payroll program.
