- If you still have access to the email address we have on file, you can click on "Forgot Login" and the login information will be sent to that email address.
- If you no longer have access to the email account, you will need to submit on company letterhead:
- FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number)
- New contact name
- New contact phone number
- New contact email address
- Signed by an officer or owner of the company
- Fax it to 701-746-4393 or scan it to your computer and send it by email attachment to support@aatrix.com.
- Once the request has been processed, the login information will be sent to the new email address.
