W-2 SSA Copies

The Aatrix forms have been approved to print on plain paper and be submitted to the SSA using a blank background. Be sure to check the print alignment. The black ink forms are scanned and the black lines need to line up with the red lines so data inside the boxes can be captured.

W-2 State Copies

Employee copies print four to a page. It is recommended to have the blank four part perforated forms with the Instruction to Employees on the back.

Employer W-2 Copies are for record purposes only. These can be printed on plain paper or the four part perforated paper.  

1099 IRS Copies

To print the IRS 1099 copies, use the red official paper. Be sure to check the print alignment so data inside the boxes can be captured on the red forms.

Recipient copies print four to a page. It is recommended to have the blank four part perforated forms with the Instruction to Recipient on the back. You can purchase this paper through your accounting software.

1099 Payer Copies

Payer 1099 Copies are for record purposes only. These can be printed on plain paper or the four part perforated paper.
