- Employer Information for 1094/1095-C Form Preparer:
- Hovering over the underlined blue text will give you additional information on what that underlined section means.
- If you want to see the website this information is gathered from, click on the underlined blue text to be brought to that website.
- Hovering over Red Highlighted fields:
- Hovering over the highlighted fields/boxes will bring up additional information on why this field has been flagged invalid by the ACA Preparer.
- Hovering over Red Errors:
- Hovering over the red error on the lower right corner of the ACA Preparer will provide additional details to the error being received.
