For payroll to properly post to Quickbooks, the required links are:
- Net Pay as a Credit to your Bank Account.
- Gross Pay (Not assigned or all) as a Debit to an Expense Account.
- All Deductions are a Credit to a Liability Account, set up as "Type: Other Current Liability".
- Employer Paid items require a link as:
- Credit to a Liability Account, set up as "Type: Other Current Liability" and;
- A second link, as a Debit to an Expense Account.
